Use a bomb right after getting hit, and avoid the damage. Harder with less bombs and more health!

Destroy a steel or copper spike ball. Hopefully you'll learn your lesson and try not to do it again!
Reflector Field 5 Points
Bounce back 100 bullets or more with a single shield item. Fly into those enemy bullets!
Self Destruction 5 Points
Destroy a big bomb and knock out at least 3 enemies with it. Keep a look out for bombs in enemy formations!
Star Power 5 Points
Blow away 300 bullets or more with a single star item. Clear the screen when you need it most!
Don't Shoot! 10 Points
Beat any standard level with the Pacifist handicap turned on. You have to time-out every wave!

Beat any standard level without getting hit at all. Simply try not to get shot.

Beat any level with your attack reduced by 30%, and with bullet clearing disabled. Use handicaps!
Binging Bear 25 Points
Graze 1000 bullets or more in a single level. Should try this on a higher difficulty setting!
Boss Slayer 25 Points
Defeat all 10 world bosses on Hard difficulty, with at least a B rank for each.
Heavenly Hero 25 Points
Defeat all 10 world bosses on Heavenly difficulty, with at least a B rank for each.
Imperishable 25 Points
Beat any boss without getting hit at all. The best way to do this is to not get hit.
Burst Eyeballs 50 Points
Take out 60 of the eyeball boss's small eyes, during a single battle with it. Poke 'em out!
100K Damage 5 Points
Deal over 99,999 damage with an attack - remember to exploit buffs, weaknesses, and statuses!
10K Damage 5 Points
Deal over 9,999 damage with an attack - a bit of levelling up should do the trick.
Bonus Skills 5 Points
Adjust your default abilities to something more unique, and show off the real you.
Disarmed 5 Points
Get inflicted with the Disable status, and have some of your skills become unusable for a few turns.
Family Roots 5 Points
Remember what you came from, and keep visiting your family even when you're famous.

Get inflicted with the Shroud status, and succumb to the pain of missing information.

Honour the dead by shuffling away their corpses and bringing in reinforcements.

Don't die when you have been killed - the Morale and Auto-Revive statuses can get you out of trouble!

Find the secret soundboard, just as the name of this achievement suggests.
Sometimes Invincible 5 Points
Have fun with the Enchanted and Invisible status effects. They may or may not be useful.
Uncontrollable Hunger 5 Points
Get inflicted with the Hungry status, and pig out on whatever you can find.
Unusual Torture 5 Points
Melt down a captured foe and use it as a crafting material. The foe's consent is not required.
1M Damage 10 Points
Deal over 999,999 damage with an attack - you'll need to setup a serious combo for this one!
Book Worm 10 Points
Read every book in the library - not just for this achievement, but to actually learn!
Child Minder 10 Points
Force an exhausted Anna to surrender, rather than having to knock out a child.
Generic Holiday 10 Points
Complete a rare holiday quest. (There's totally no way to cheat the system...)
Nice Guy 10 Points
Flirt with Natalie to calm her down, avoiding the unsightly beating up of a girl.
Not Pok*mon 10 Points
Equip more than 6 summons, but no more than 18, as that would be simply unfair.
Public Servant 10 Points
Complete 20 quests for NPCs, hoping they'll ignore all of the damage you've done.
Seduction 10 Points
Exploit Lance's weakness to make him surrender, but only during his 3rd and final appearance.
Unlimited Blade Works 10 Points
Collect 150 different items of equipment. You don't even need all of that.
